Return Policy

You may purchase Carrel Store products directly from one of our distributors. Custom purchases not available from our distributors may be made by conntacting our Sales team directly by emailing sales@thecarrelstore.com. There is a 30-day return policy for these custom orders, a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and need to arrange a return, please contact sales@thecarrelstore.com and one of our representatives from the Carrel Store team will respond to you within 72 hours to address the issue.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, shall apply regardless of the citizenship of the parties involved.  Further, the parties agree that exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any disputes shall be in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania or the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury and agree that a decision rendered by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania or the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas shall be final without the right of further appeal.
